At The Mind Point, we adhere to a strict no-refund policy for all our programs, courses, and products. Please review the following terms carefully before registering or making a purchase.

1. Non-Refundable Registrations

  • All registrations, including those completed during any promotional or sale period, are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • Once enrolled, cancellations or refunds are not permitted for any program, product, course, or session.

2. No Cancellations or Returns

  • We do not accept cancellations or returns for any products, courses, or sessions once the order is placed.

  • This policy also applies to purchases made during special promotions, such as anniversary sales or other discounts.

3. Course Change Policy

If you wish to switch to a different course after registration, you may do so only if both the originally registered course and the new course have not commenced. The following conditions apply:

  • Any difference in fees between the courses must be paid along with a transfer charge before the transfer is processed.

  • Example: If you registered for a course priced at ₹999 and wish to switch to a course priced at ₹1399, you are required to pay the balance of ₹400, along with the applicable transfer charge.

  • A transfer charge of ₹600 per course applies. This charge will increase by ₹200 each time a student requests a course change.

  • The course can only be changed if the original registered course start date is more than 20 days away.

  • Changes are subject to availability in the requested course and require prior written approval from The Mind Point.

4. Attendance and Certification Policy

  • Any student who misses more than 3 live lectures, for any reason, will not be eligible for the evaluation certificate. Instead, they will receive a grade certificate.

  • Regardless of attendance, students must submit all assignments and the final exam within the given deadlines.

5. Medical Exceptions

In cases where a participant is unable to attend a course due to medical reasons, they may be eligible for re-enrollment in the next available batch under the following conditions:

  • A valid medical certificate, prescription, or other official medical documentation must be provided.

  • Re-enrollment is subject to verification of the documentation.

  • A re-enrollment fee of 50% of the current course price must be paid.

  • This option is offered only once per student.

6. Re-enrollment in Future Batches

If a student fails to meet the required guidelines, attendance, or participation standards during a course and wishes to enroll in the next available batch after the course has already commenced, they are eligible to do so under the following conditions:

  • A re-enrollment fee of 50% of the current course price must be paid.

  • This option is available only once per student.

7. Access to Recordings and Reattendance

  • If a student wishes to reattend a course or access the recordings after the course ends, they must pay 50% of the total fees paid during their original registration.

  • Recordings will be available for up to 1 month and are subject to availability.

8. Certificate Reissue Policy

  • If a student needs a reissued certificate for any course or workshop they have attended or completed, a charge of ₹350 per certificate applies.

  • This charge applies to cases such as loss, deleted chats, or other circumstances requiring a new certificate.

9. Letter of Recommendation (LOR) Policy

  • LORs (Letter of Recommendation) are included for free, but only if:

    • The student informs us about their requirement.

    • The request is made within one month of the course end date.

  • If a student requests an LOR after one month of the course end date or requires another copy due to loss/misplacement, a charge of ₹350 per LOR will apply.

  • The same fee of ₹350 applies for reissuing certificates.

10. Course Timing Adjustments

  • If The Mind Point adjusts the course schedule or timings, and the student is not comfortable with the new schedule, they have the following options:

    • They can receive 2 months of free access to the recordings for that course.

    • They can be adjusted to the next available batch, if available.

    • They can be shifted to any other course starting within 3 months, free of cost.

  • No refunds will be initiated in any case.

11. Other Conditions

  • Changes to any registration are contingent upon availability and prior written approval from The Mind Point.

  • Any applicable fees must be settled before confirming changes. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the course registration without refund or transfer.

  • The Mind Point reserves the right to amend course schedules, instructors, and curriculum as needed. These changes do not entitle participants to a refund or free course transfer.
