All payments made for services under the TMP Resume Studio are non-refundable.

Due to the nature of this offering — which includes personalized feedback, 1:1 sessions, and time-based resource access — we do not offer refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Change of mind after payment

• Delays in submitting the required documents or resume

• Missing scheduled sessions without prior notice

• Dissatisfaction with subjective outcomes or preferences
